Payment Terms

Payments are 30 days net or 2% discount if paid on or before the 10th of the following month.

Shipment Terms

Freight prepaid on shipments of $750.00 or more. Continental limits, USA.

Product Warranty (Hinges)

RAMCO Hardware, Inc. warranted products are free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and regular service and maintenance for a period of one year from date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, improper storage, shipping and handling, ordinary wear and tear, misues, abuse, accident, unauthorized service or use with unauthorized products or parts.
